If you need to retrieve an invoice or backup documentation for a specific load, you can download it directly from the Denim portal without needing to contact support. Follow the steps below to locate and download your invoice.

Steps to Download an Invoice

  1. Log in to the Denim portal and navigate to the Jobs Board.

  2. Click on the specific job for which you need the invoice.

  3. On the job details page, scroll down to the bottom left to find the invoice section.

  4. Click the download option to save the invoice to your device.

Still Can't Find Your Invoice?

If the invoice or backup documentation is not available in the portal for a particular load, it's possible that the details were never uploaded or the document was not generated correctly. In this case, please reach out to Denim support with the following information to help resolve the issue quickly:

  • Load number(s)

  • MC number

  • Any relevant details about when the load was completed

Providing these details will allow the support team to locate the invoice and ensure it is made available to you for payment processing.
