About Customer Star Ratings

In addition to a credit limit, all Customers are assigned a star rating.  This rating provides clients a point of view on the clients financial health in addition to their credit rating.

Customers are defaulted to 3 stars.  Above 3 stars, Customers have proven exceptional financial stability, transparency of financial health and pay performance.  Below 3 stars indicate a potential distress scenario.

For clients on full-recourse factoring, these stars are for your information only and do not impact job submission, and credit limits (although they are related, lower stars means a lower credit limit).

For clients on non-recourse factoring, jobs cannot be submitted for Customers below 3 stars.
