Payments: Cut-off Times

Denim has defined daily cut-off times for the payments. With Denim's Express Factoring, funds are transferred within minutes of invoice approval. It means that you get immediate access to cash without a waiting time. (Please see Express Factoring for more details.)

Uploading Times vs. Funding Times

All submissions to Denim are subject to verification and complete paperwork. Funding times indicate when funds are transferred by Denim. Denim cannot control when your bank makes funds available. After Denim releases payment, it typically takes 1-2 business days for funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

• Payment batches are processed at 11:45 AM EST and 5:15 PM EST

• Jobs that pass Denim's risk and processing reviews can be accepted up to these times and sent for funding

• Jobs that are flagged for review will be evaluated within 3 business hours of submission and upon approval will go into the next payment batch.

• Jobs that require a Notice of Assignment to be confirmed or a broker to verify the load will be held until approval, then upon approval will go into the next payment batch.  Your assistance in ensuring the broker is available to confirm will expedite the processing.
