Overview

Denim can send Text Notifications for load updates, including when an issue is found during Document Check, when a load fails review, when a load is approved, and when payment is sent. Texts are sent to the phone number listed under your Account Information.

How to opt in

Go to the Text Notifications settings page, agree to receive texts, and click Submit.

Choosing which notifications you receive

Once you've opted in, you can pick and choose which text messages you want to receive under Load Status Updates:

•     Document Check

•     Job Approved

•     Job Failed

•     Job Rejected

•     Payment Sent

Choose which load status updates you'd like to receive by text.

Good to know: These settings can be adjusted at any time and take effect immediately.

Delegating notifications to a teammate

If you'd like someone else at your company to receive text notifications, add them as a user under the Team Management tab. Toggle "Send this user a text message to opt in to SMS load status updates," and once they reply to confirm, they'll start receiving load status updates.

Good to know: Teammates can adjust their own notification preferences any time under their own Text Notifications tab.

Reminder — Funding Issue Still Unresolved

Factoring: Reminder: Job #123 still has an unresolved issue blocking funding. Please fix it as soon as possible: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out.

Good to know: This reminder is sent 4 hours after the initial issue notification if the issue is still unresolved.

Job Rejected
