Contractor notifications—emails they receive from Denim

Denim is designed to bring the right transparency and speed in your workflow and our emails for different users are an important part of the system. The system contacts your contractors on your behalf in certain situations to support business processes and help maintain your contractor relationships.

When you add a new contractor

When you add a contractor to be paid directly on one of your jobs, we invite them to our platform.

When we approve a job

When we approve a job, we email the contractor with the subject '✅ Invoice(s) have been approved!' to let them know their invoice has been reviewed and payment has been scheduled. The remittance date shown in the email indicates when Denim will send the payment—no further action is needed from the contractor to receive payment.

When we've sent the contractor a payment on one or more of your jobs.
