Signing in to Denim with your Truckstop login
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Denim factoring now uses Truckstop single sign-on. After a one-time setup, one Truckstop login gets you into the load board and your Denim factoring account. You will be notified via email when your account is ready to be migrated to signing on with Truckstop.
What changes for you
After you receive the “Today: log in to factoring with your Truckstop login” you will be sent to Truckstop to sign in. This links your Truckstop and Denim accounts. After that, you will sign in to Denim with your Truckstop login instead of your Denim password. Your factoring account, invoices and payments stay exactly as they are.
Before you start
Have your Truckstop login ready. Use the same email address you use to sign in to the Truckstop load board.
Make sure you can open that email inbox. Truckstop sends a verification link to confirm it is you.
Do not have a Truckstop account yet? You can create one during the setup.
Link your accounts
Go to the Denim sign-in page and enter your email address.
You will be sent to Truckstop to sign in.
Sign in with your Truckstop email and password. If you forgot your Truckstop password, you can reset it here. If you do not have a Truckstop account, you can create one here.

Open the verification email from Truckstop and select the link. This confirms the email address belongs to you.
You are sent back to Denim and signed in. Your accounts are now linked!
From now on, signing in to Denim takes you to Truckstop to sign in.
Please note that you will no longer be able to log in with your Denim credentials.
If your Truckstop email is different from your Denim email
This happens if you signed in to Truckstop with a different email than the one on your Denim account. You do not need to do anything special. Here is what happens:
Use the email address you use for your Truckstop account when prompted
Denim asks you to sign in with your Denim username and password. This confirms the Denim account is yours.
Denim updates the email on your Denim account to match your Truckstop login.
You will receive an email notification to both addresses confirming your email is now linked to a Truckstop account, and that you will use your Truckstop credentials going forward.
Forgot your Denim password? Select the reset option. We send a link to the email on your Denim account so you can create a new password, then continue. No longer have access to that email? Contact support@denim.com.
If the Truckstop account looks wrong
If the emails match but the Truckstop information you see is not correct, for example your loadboard account or subscription is not what you expect, the wrong Truckstop account may be linked.
Email support@denim.com from the email address on your Denim account. Please use the subject “Truckstop Account Link Issue” and tell us what is wrong.
Our team will review the linked account, and can un-link if needed.
Sign in to Denim again. You will be sent to Truckstop to sign in, and you can link the correct account. Please do not create a new Truckstop account to fix this.
If you have more than one Denim login
Some businesses have several Denim logins that are all tied to one Truckstop email. If your Truckstop email is already linked to a Denim account, contact support@denim.com. In some cases we can set your account so you keep signing in with your Denim username and password.
FAQ
The verification link expired or never arrived. Check your spam folder. You can request a new link the next time you sign in.
Which password do I reset? Truckstop and Denim each have their own password reset. Reset your Truckstop password if you cannot sign in at the Truckstop screen. Use the Denim reset only when Denim asks for your Denim password.
Do I have to do this every time? No. Linking is a one-time step. You will use your Truckstop credentials to sign in going forward.
Can I still use my Denim password after linking? No. Once linked, you sign in with your Truckstop login.
Is anything changing with my factoring? No. Only how you sign in changes.
Can I access factoring in the Truckstop Go app? Not yet, but this change is the first step to getting full factoring access in the mobile app! You can expect an update before the end of this year.
